Refund Policy
Cancel any time. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Effective date: 2026-09-30We want this policy to be clear before you subscribe, so there are no surprises later.
1. You can cancel at any time
You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.
2. Payments already made are not refunded
We do not refund payments that have already been made, including for the current billing period after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reverse a charge that has already happened.
3. Why the policy works this way
Agent Engine runs on a metered, pay-as-you-go AI service. Every request your agents make costs us money for the model usage behind it, and that cost is real whether or not you continue your subscription. Because we have already paid for the usage your subscription covered, we cannot refund it. We would rather state this plainly than hold back a cost you would not have expected.
4. If something has gone wrong
If you were charged in error, or something on our side has failed, write to support@agentengine-ai.com and we will put it right. This policy is about ordinary cancellations, not about mistakes.
