Yes. Your workspace holds your agents and your people, each on their own seat. Invite colleagues under Admin → People and choose who's an admin. Everyone shares the same agents and the same company context, so the knowledge belongs to the business, not to one person.

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be billed again. Your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, because the AI usage behind them is already spent.
