Delete your data

WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

If you connected a WhatsApp Business number, a Facebook Page or an Instagram account to Agent Engine AI, there are these ways to remove it and the data that came with it.

1. In Agent Engine AI.Open Integrations, find WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, and press Disconnect. We stop receiving your messages straight away and delete the stored access key, the number's, Page's or account's settings, and the contacts and messages we kept for it.
2. In Facebook. Open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Remove Agent Engine AI and choose to delete your data. Facebook tells us, we delete the same things, and you get a confirmation code with a link to check it.
3. In Instagram. In your Instagram account's settings, find the apps and websites connected to it, remove Agent Engine AI and ask for your data to be deleted. Instagram tells us and we delete the same things.
4. By email. Write to support@agentengine-ai.com from the address on your account. We will delete it within 21 days and tell you when it is done.

Conversations your agent already had with you inside Agent Engine AI stay in your workspace until you delete them there. Messages already delivered to your customers stay on their phones and in your WhatsApp account or Page inbox; we cannot remove those.
